Every industry can gain great knowledge from market research. Our case in point: A brand of public restroom soap dispensers wanted to know where they stood against competition among building management professionals who specify and order soap dispensers.


To find the answers they were looking for, we conducted 200 telephone interviews among facility managers across the country. Our questionnaire was just fifteen minutes long, yet it covered areas as diverse as brands and types of dispensers currently used, likes and dislikes of dispensers, manufacturers aware of and ever used, likelihood of trying other dispenser types and other pertinent information to assist the client company in determining their strengths and weaknesses in the marketplace.
