Farrand Research was founded in 1991 by Tom Farrand
After many years of leading in-house market research for diverse companies such as Columbia Savings and Loan, The Dial Corporation, ConAgra Grocery Products (Hunt-Wesson Foods), and as the International Market Research Manager with KFC, Tom Farrand decided to start his own company in 1991.
Within a short time, former colleagues had become clients of the fledging Farrand Research team – many of whom are still critical partners of the organization. Today, the Farrand Research client portfolio boasts over 100 different companies in a variety of industries.
And now many years later, our client list has grown to include over 100 different companies in a variety of industries.
So no matter how big or small your business is, we can put our years of experience to work for you too. You’ll find us centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange County California

Stefen Perez
Stefen has designed and managed marketing research solutions for clients for over 20 years across a myriad of industries. From proposal to reporting, he works with clients every step of the way to ensure project goals are met – on time and within the budget. With a background in marketing and sales, his goal is to function as an extension of your business so you have one less thing to worry about. Stefen has a BA in Marketing from CSU Fullerton.

Aimee Pereira
At Farrand Research for over 15 years, Aimee works tirelessly to deliver actionable insights and exceed client expectations. A seasoned moderator, she has conducted research across the spectrum of consumer types – from kids to executives and everything in between. Aimee has BA’s in Psychology and Art History from UC Berkeley.
