There are many factors that can impact the time it takes to complete a study, but for a typical online survey, you can expect:
- Initial questionnaire design – within a week of project approval and discussion of project objectives
- Programming into online survey format – within a week of final questionnaire approval
- Data collection – depending on the sample size, anywhere from a few days to a few weeks
- Reporting – within 2 weeks of the completion of data collection
For online surveys, we utilize trusted online research panels that have been vetted for their overall quality.
When conducting research among employees or customers, we often use client provided email lists.
Focus groups participants are typically recruited from databases of focus group facilities in the markets where we are conducting the research.
The specific survey tools we use depend on the complexity of the survey, but we typically use Decipher, SurveyGizmo, or Qualtrics.
